What This Network Does We promote profiles, news, blogs, pictures, video and inspirational stories from the domestic violence community in an effort to reach those needing help for themselves or loved ones, to reach those dealing with the issue as the victim or as the abuser. Courage Network was founded by Lyn Twyman, a domestic violence survivor and advocate. She grew up watching the physical, emotional and psychological abuse in the life of her parents that transferred to her in the form of child abuse early on. Inspired by the need to understand the services available to survivors after seeing the same cycle being repeated in her family as an adult, she was inspired to find a way to bring resources together and show that there is support for victims and how to find it. She decided to create Courage Network to become an online community and resource to further awareness and prevention. |

If you would like to be featured please contact us on the Network or email info@couragenetwork.com for consideration. We cannot guarantee that all submissions will be featured but we'll try our best to get to each and everyone!
Search and Learn Visit the Forms of DV, What To Do, Men and Youth tabs to learn about domestic violence. Use the Advanced Search in the Members tab to locate organizations, resources and advocates in your State or Country that are a part of Courage Network. You can also check out the Resources tab which is a growing list of domestic violence organizations around the world. Check this tab often as we are constantly adding new organizations to the Resources page.
